Today was really fun...Work went well and Mo and I had our review with Christoph in the afternoon. I think it was the best critique I have ever experienced--not because he loved everything--he didnt really give any praise--but he was really good at building on our concepts and being open to our suggestions. He was really positive and it made me feel so much more involved and not like I was defending my decisions. It is one of the first reviews where I really felt on the same level as everyone else/part of a team--and not like an intern.
Also, today I google'd the table saw that I worked on while at CCI and for the first time I actually got a hit! The saw is on a flyer sent out by The Home Depot in Canada. It was really exciting to see it and I was relieved to see that it didn't get the axe at the last minute (like I was starting to think).
After work, Mo and I went to the english movie theatre and watched "the International" with Clive Owen. It was really good and a nice treat to my usual routine. Tomorrow morning I will go to the bike shop and try and get the needed parts to get my bike up and running. Rudy, Mo, and I are going to meet at the Naschmarkt tomorrow afternoon to get some fresh food.
Congratulations!
